Room- toliet ranning all the time, shower control was loose, cobwebbs hanging from ceiling. Dust on the lamp shades., and bathroom door did not close. Dinning room the chairs were very worn. Not a good stay.

The front desk staff were so kind. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The only complaints I have is that the shower was not great. Glad I didn't to wash my hair. The pressure in the shower was terrible. Maybe this was a plumbing issue but hopefully the hotel can address that. The only other thing I didn't like is that the walls were so thin. We could hear the person in the neighboring room and we could hear everything in the halls- doors closing and people talking. Does not help when you are trying to sleep. I've stayed in other Marriott hotels that was a lot better rooms where you didn’t hear anything outside of the room. For those reasons, but mainly the thin walls, I would not stay at this location again. But if you are a sound sleeper, I would not want to advise against people staying here because everyone has different experiences.

Everything was great, no added stress incurred using Fairfield. Traveling across countries is hard enough. We checked in, parked our vehicle and it was included in our stay. Slept well on nice beds and had a great breakfast when we awoke to finish our trip back home.

The room was okay! The drcor could have been updated and their were mant lady bugs moving about on the window curtains. Slso, the water pressure was very slow at the bathroom sink.

Very nice front desk staff. Rooms are clean. Only issue is that airport shuttles run between 6am and 11pm. So if you coming via late flight or leaving very early flight you have to get Uber. I paid $25 for Uber each way.

All staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is very clean and all bedding is quality! The breakfast is more variety and hot foods . The airport shuttle is on time even early morning 6am. Great service and comfortable room, great location to close IAD airport. We will come back when we flight international flight by IAD. Thanks . Jie Z
