"Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. ..."
