Extra charges at check in. Room was extremly polluted with cigarette smoke. So bad it caused breathing problems. Most of the staff was friendly, but night staff rude. Strongly discourage people from staying here. No coffee or breakfast.

A bomb threat was made and everyone had to leave. I was out at dinner during this and was not able to retrieve my belongings. I had to leave and get a new hotel. Hopefully I am reimbursed.

Hotel smells. Had a problem with the room was not addressed before I left for an event when I got back I was locked out of my room. Staff was rude when addressed the issue.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is attached to the casino, so the lobby and lower levels smell like smoke, but our room didn’t smell like that. The room was clean, bed was nice, shower head was very nice. Overall was a great stay and very convenient when there for a party or going to the casino.
