Disappointed with checkin and communication

When we arrived, the apartment was very warm inside. We attributed this to the heatwave that the Lake Como was experiencing and turned the air conditioner on. When the temperature remained around 35 celcius, I realized that someone had left the wall radiator heater on. I turned this off and the temperature still remained high. I found a 2nd wall heater that was on and turned it off. I found a 3rd wall heater on which led us to question why anyone would have a heater on during a heatwave. I sent a message to the owners but never got a response. A second issue with the apartment was that even after turning off the heat, the temperature never got below 30 celcius because the airconditioner either wasn't functioning properly or was under-powered. I sent a message on this to the owner but never received response. Overall, our stay while in the apartment was unpleasant.
