Nearly everything was great. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful, etc... The lobby looked great with Christmas decorations. Great city/mountain views. The room was too hot though, even after turning the temp as low as it would go. So, we opened the windows, but that caused all the room darkening shades to clang against the windows all night. Also, when turning on the shower the water was brown, so had to let it run 5 minutes or so until it went away. Could have been rusty pipes from maybe having not been used in a while. Not sure.

All of it was great except the parking system. I had self parking charges to our card for each night and there was a time where we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. We called to front desk for assistance but they had a heavy call volume at that time which is understandable but we needed out so we ended up having to scan the QR code and ended up paying an additional $42 to exit the parking garage which needs to be refunded. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Friendly staff and easy check in, rates were good. The parking situation is a bit complicated (in garage) and needs to be easier. Rooms are a bit dated. Check out was easy. Overall a decent value. Not quite a high end hotel anymore!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Amenities were as expected and added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.
