The AC seemed to take 3+ hours to cool the room down to the desired temp. The elevators were having issues when we left so we had to carry everything down 9 flights of stairs too. This wasn’t the best stay we’ve had but do continue to enjoy Ameristar.

The hotel and casino were very clean. The parking was easy. The food at the restaurants was very good. Room service was awesome. And the slots were loose. Definitely stay there again.
