Wyndham Hotels - accommodation in Central California

I am a disabled mom of two children, and I brought them to this beautiful hotel again because we loved it so much last time. Our room was really well sized and made our four night stay that much more enjoyable. The only thing that was stressful for me was that I needed a shower chair in the room because all the ADA rooms were taken. Prior to the stay, I was in communication with different staff members regarding the shower chair. I received inconsistent information whether or not this chair would fit inside of the tub. One staff member said yes, another staff member said no. Due to this, I was so worried the whole time as to whether or not I would be able to bathe myself! I should not have been receiving inconsistent information regarding something so pertinent. When I requested for someone to try putting the chair in the tub, I didn’t even receive a response. That was frustrating for me as well. I felt like they were annoyed that I was asking. It did fit after all for those who are wondering. Plus, they have a bar on the wall alongside the tub which was very helpful.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful!

The location offers great privacy. The lobby, bar, coffee shop, and pool area excellent. The buffet was great but you'll have to pay extra for omelets or other specialty dishes. Highly recommend.
