Very expensive hotel with nothing around to see. They could have wiped the water off the bench out front after it rained for those that needed to sit in the morning waiting for the shuttle Your shuttle driver needs to find a new job as he was obviously unhappy with his. Rude and not helpful at all. Dropped us in the middle of C and A B and didn’t let us know which way to go to get to our terminal or gate. We walked for over an hour trying to find the right one. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Waited 45 minutes in airport parking lot for the shuttle. Called hotel 5 times to get info, each time went directly to Hold music then disconnected. Politely told front desk staff at check in about my experience and he was downright rude ("I'm here with you now. We're busy"--they were not). Build materials were cheap--look good in photos but things were falling apart. Room was noisy. One bright side was the breakfast buffet was nice.
