Walked in to no one there to check us in. She was putting on makeup in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. The lobby was crowded. The room key card failed to work. The room smelled awful. She challenged me about my service dog. I left there, went across the street to Best Western, booked a room. Went back to your hotel and checked out. No, I did not ask for a refund. Just got the hell out of there.

When we entered the room i found roaches on the kitchen counter. we left and went to another hotel. we were refunded our money.
