Our home features a dog door, 30" kennel and pooper scooper so you have 1 less thing to worry about during your vacation.
We didn’t forget the kiddos, we have a play pen, baby gate, corn hole, tower ball, board games and kid friendly seating.

This is a 1960's home that has been updated with all the modern amenities
You'll wake up to birds chirping away in the trees and can start your day with blonde espresso and make yourself a iced/hot latte
You can take the kids across the street to enjoy the splash pads, public pool, soccer field, or hang out in the backyard under our large covered patio and play Cornhole or Towerball
Or maybe you just want to hang out with family and take pictures with all the fun accent walls for your social media and relax in the memory foam beds
Ever tried a bidet? Well now you can, we have one of those too!!

LIVING ROOM
-Offers a 50” tv with Roku, and includes HBOMAX, HULU, ESPN, and Disney+
-Our gray corner couch folds down if you wanna sprawl out and play some board games or take a nap
-There are a few board games for kids and for adults such as monopoly, tic tac toe, would you rather etc.

BEDROOMS:
-Each room is equipped with a bed, 2 nightstands, bedside lighting, ceiling fan, and closet with hangers. All of the rooms offer blackout curtains.

-The back patio has plenty of seating, corn, hole, tower ball, and the bags are kept in the pantry inside

KITCHEN
-Is fully stocked with coffee, tea, a variety of spices and oil, pain meds, first aid kit on the top shelves
-We have Reverse Osmosis water from the fridge, 4 slot toaster, single coffee maker and an espresso machine
-We have a hello fresh recipe book, and silverware up to 8+ and supplies to bake a cake if your feeling like a chef

MISCELLANEOUS
-There are personal fans in the closet if you like white noise
-We also have cleaning supplies in the pantry if you run into any spills during your stay
-Laundry is free to use on the outside patio

-30" dog kennel in the entry closet
-There are dog friendly sheets on the bottom shelves in the hallway closet. -We require guests to cover the furniture with these sheets to prevent hair
-Pooper scooper is in the laundry room along with a bucket for easy clean up

Great home base

My family of five felt safe and comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Thank you for having a step stool available for our little ones to wash their hands at the bathroom sink. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We were conveniently located between Tucson and Phoenix for a lot of exploration. Plus Casa Grande had stores and restaurants for all of our needs.

HOUSE 5 STARS - EXCELLENT! NEIGHBORHOOD 3 STARS

The house was VERY CLEAN and so cute! It had everything you could need and more. The kitchen is so cute with a little coffee bar and nook that looked out into the backyard. The house is an older house, but the owner has done a great job at updating it and making it so bright and fun. The beds were all comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The ONLY negative on this property is the neighborhood. The neighbors had a ton of junk in the yard and about 6 cars in the driveway and on the lawn. But other than that, this house was great for my family!!

Nice little house!

Everything was very clean and organized! Thought the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but was very quiet. The only problem was the two ceiling fans in main area-couldn’t get either to work. But the property owner was super helpful and very responsive!

Visit to Casa Grande

Neighborhood was a little bit sketchy. Had to contact the owner as we were given the wrong code for the door. She responded right away, which we appreciated.Everything inside the home was clean and we had plenty of table service. With the concern now with plastics, the pans should be changed out because the ones that were a available the Teflon surface was scratched.Everything inside the home was very clean with the exception of the baseboards. Never could get the TV to work even with additional help from the homeowner. I feel this is probably because we were not familiar with Roku.

We felt at home here, plenty of amenities. Lots of coffee and tea choices, plenty of spices and dishes. The home had pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Will recommend this one to family and friends .

The neighborhood was shoddy,as were all outdoor areas.The entire place is very cheaply done and desperately needs a thorough clean,paint,and repair work to make it acceptable.The windows were so filthy that we drew the drapes so as not to look through them. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable for 4 people,and needs major steam cleaning as well as the rugs.The dining table and chairs are like lawn chairs and uncomfortable, the plates are plastic,the coffee pot hadn’t been washed,and the snacks provided were outdated .The beds are rickety with cheap bedding .The place smells heavily of dogs and their presence and damage is obvious on baseboards,doors and corners. But the worst part yet was that we had 4 adults there and BOTH mornings there was only hot water in one of the showers.We contacted the hostess and she had a house cleaning lady come by to look…?….,but the hot water tank and hoses to circulate water all need to be replaced ! So there is no hot water in the second bathroom or kitchen until very late in the day. ….not sure why it worked then,but didn’t again in the morning ! Our friends got a shower at 4 yesterday. There was no comfort level that a person would want to spend any time at all there. I discourage people from booking here.

Perfect Place!

This place was great for our family trip to Casa Grande. Tiffany’s place had great amenities, it was super clean and offered a lot more comforts of home than most other places I’ve stayed. Tiffany has been by far the kindest and most communicative host I’ve interacted with. The park across the street was fun and offered lots to do. We had a great evening walk and enjoyed playing tennis on the courts. We travel to CG pretty frequently and I will most definitely book this place again. Thank you for a great trip! 😊

Great Place to Stay!

I traveled with my 2 teenage kids and 2 dogs, and The Mint Casa Grande was the perfect place for us to stay. The host, Tiffany, was absolutely wonderful. She had everything ready for us the day of our arrival and was very easy to contact. The house was adorable and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The pups LOVED the big back yard. I will definitely contact Tiffany again for our next trip to Casa Grande.
