Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Still under construction. When we arrived the we noticed the scaffolding outside the building. Painters were working on the building. When we got inside we noticed that there were more workers. The elevators were draped for construction. The emergency stairs were yellowed taped to not go in from the 8th floor where we stayed. When we did get a chance sati look at the stairs they were pitch black. The rooms had electric wires exposed from the ceiling. When we asked about it they sent someone up to look at it. Turns out they removed ceiling fans and never covered the holes. There were other little holes in the corners of the rooms as well. No phone in rooms so you couldn’t call to ask for things you may need. You had to go look for someone in person. When we ran out of toilet paper and napkins we couldn’t get any at night because no staff were present. Only a security guard on site who said he couldn’t get into the supply cabinet. The surrounding around the hotel had other construction going on around it. When we asked when the hotel would be complete they said about three months. Why would a hotel who recently opened need three more months? Overall wish the hotel would as completely finished because it could’ve been a better experience.
