The property was very well looked after which because of the strong winds seemed like a every minute job. The wait staff and transport drivers were very wonderful to us. If fact everyone was friendly but the language barrier posed some issues trying to get daily things in our room was a bit of a problem.
We noticed that even been a Premium Level Member things weren't consistent, the rooms should have contained the same things like robes, slippers and wine glasses were in one room but not another. We know this because we travelled with another couple. We had hoped that after the first day that the missing items would be replaced but that never happened during our 10 day stay.
The mini bar was kind of a disappointment as even if you requested something different it was not available. My husband and I don't drink alcohol by even when we told them no beer thats what was given. When the minibar is to have free beverages should it not contain the beverages that the guest would like and prefer. We had a couple issues calling down to the front desk to get issues resolve or we would leave notes with requests with items we needed or would like but it didn't happen because of the language barrier after a while we gave up and unfortunately it became a bad feeling for us.
