The room was clean, the staff was all quite friendly and helpful, and the views from the room were spectacular. Only problem was that at night the room became quite cold even with extra blankets our first two nights in spite of adjustments made by one of the employees. The third night, our last night, the temperature in the room was fine.

Check-in team was friendly, property was amazing. Fitness room was very nice. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the room did not work, not their fault but I did let them know. And I sent a message through the app and evidently they don’t read it so if you want something special, you need to talk to them.

The staff was extra kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The premises was absolutely gorgeous. The food and drinks in the restaurant were superb.

I explained to the hotel that I was having kidney stone surgery and they refused to offer me a refund. I also tried to book different dates later in the year but the trip turned out to be much more expensive. They don't care and don't respond unless you contact them via email, and several telephone messages. They don't care one bit. The trip protection fee only lasted two weeks. Hotel looks nice but if you cant go expect to lose over $1000 like I did.

We didn’t get our room until 5pm, when check in time was 4. Although,We did get a voucher for the restaurant. Once we were in our room, the room did match the picture. The view was underwhelming for the price we paid. We also found ants on our bed and in the bathroom area. Very disappointing
