The open floor plan of this downtown condo—with skylights and hickory floors—includes a cozy dining area and a living room with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV and one of two gas fireplaces. And when you’re not taking advantage of the fine dining Carmel is known for, the kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master suite has a King bed, a fireplace, and a private bath with a large tub and a steam shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed, and the second bath, located in the hall, has a walk-in shower. Elevator access. Single garage (fits one small/medium car only) in the Carmel Realty lot on Junipero (1/2 block away). Perfection!

Banyan really is in the perfect spot. It is an upscale, well stocked condo. While it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and a market across the street. We plan to come back soon!

Great location!

We loved the location of this home in Carmel. We stored the car and never used it again. Rented e-bikes and rode up to Cannary Road for lunch via the coastal road. A must do!

Well appointed condo!

The condo was spacious and clean. Lots of windows so the light was lovely. Nice location with a lovely Lebanese/Greek restaurant across the road on Junapero. I would recommend it.

Great property!

Banyan unit is wonderful. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restuarants in Carmel. No issues with parking on the street as we had a large SUV. We will rent again!

Wonderful condo, great location.

We really enjoyed this condo. Well stocked, close to everything. The access code emailed to us was incorrect but we were able to call and get a code that worked without any trouble.

Carmel-by-the-Sea complete immersion. We left the car in the garage over our entire stay. Uber is easy if you prefer to go further afield. One could easily live here fulltime. Beautiful as it is cozy...cannot wait to return.

Christmas in Carmel

This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before parking is advised. We would consider this rental again in the future.

Like new condo in great location

Very beautiful condo right in the heart of Carmel by the Sea. So you pretty much able to walk to anything in the village. A few small issues were easily rectified by a very responsive staff. Condo looks brand new and is well appointed. Very clean. WIFI was good as well. Only one issue that could be a problem for some guests is that there is an outdoor light that really lights up the master bedroom and does not turn off until around 1 AM. The inner blinds are ineffective in dimming it. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo

Condo was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything we'd want. Location in downtown Carmel was great. We walked to everything - shops, restaurants, beach! Definitely would stay here again!
