Perfect location

From arrival to check out we were very happy, staff are all friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely be back.

Fair Review

This hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of town. Check-in was swift and efficient. Our room had a terrible view of a roof top. Personally, not a fan of laminate flooring in bedrooms, prefer carpet. The T.V was small and not great, and the room had no desk or chair, it was a bit small and a bit spartan. However, the beds were pretty comfortable with nice bedding. The bathroom had a few issues, like the extractor fan not working and the toilet not flushing too well. The quality of sound insulation in the room was really good though and it also had a good heating/ cooling system. We liked the reception area, lounge and bar and the breakfast was decent, albeit items were not replenished sufficiently. Overall, although I have poked a few criticisms at the hotel, it was a very decent price, and it did the really important things well, so, for the price, I can't complain.

Although it was a short stay it was made enjoyable by the staff greeting when we arrived, shops/dining out everything within walking distance, wished a safe journey by reception when we left. Also very good value for money.
