I didn’t not stay, I canceled my reservation with the front desk upon arrival due to heavy traffic and sight of homeless persons in the building. I would like to know why they charge my credit card when I checked in at the Marriott.

the place is clean, the front desk staff and the dinning staff is very nice and friendly . the only thing that concern me is the cleaning staff they dont clean everyday unless you ask for cleaning the room.but overall its fantastic the location is good since across the street is shopping center

The room was fine, actually nice and roomy for a King Bed room, and it was clean and in a great location. I gave it 3 stars for the following reason: It's in need of an update, Hotel is very outdated, faded carpets, walls, etc. ALSO,The woman at the desk when I checked in was less than hospitable Not friendly and or welcoming which was a little off-putting after arriving from a very long flight and freezing weather. A few of the other staff on the desk during my stay seemed more helpful. Also, the only "creamer" for coffee anywhere in the hotel was a choice between that packaged powder, or flavored Coffee Mate. You should have those small "Half n Half" containers either in the room or at least in the restaurant during breakfast time. It makes a big difference, especially early in the morning! All in all, I noticed there were several other similar hotels in the area, but I had specifically chosen Holiday Inn because they're usually above the rest. The one was neither good, nor bad, just convenient for what I needed for a short stay.

I love this hotel. It is extremely clean with large rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is lovely. Breakfast is affordable and good. Coffee is available at the hotel, around the clock.

The staff was very nice and the room was large and clean. But the noise level is unacceptable. I could hear everything from the room next door and from the hallway. I had to wear ear plugs and take Tylenol PM to sleep.

The room was clean, location good for us. The staff and communication from the staff was excellent. My husband left his Ipad in our room when we departed for an early flight home. He didn't realize he left it behind until we were going through security. He called the hotel. Felix, who is a wonderful staff member, responded professional and checked our room and found the pad. He explained about how my husband was to obtain a shipping label that he would email to Felix and he would send back to us. It came today and was husband was very happy and appreciated the extra effort Felix made to help us. So needless to say we had an exceptional experience with your hotel and will stay again when we travel to NY. I am sending off with gratitude for exceptional service to your clients.
