The location was terrific and the apartment is small but workable for a family. However there are a few things that need to be better maintained: 1) the hot water reduced water in sink and shower to a dribble (so be prepared for cold showers); 2) the kettle needs to be replaced (switches on/of without boiling); 3) a broken window had been ‘fixed’ with cardboard and duck tape (which came loose in the wind during our stay). Also, I’d seen the feedback on check-in so was sure to confirm my arrival time several days ahead. However, this was not communicated properly to the concierge (who was lovely!) so we were delayed getting in.

Nice flat, good location

This apartment was well-priced and is in a good location on the promenade. For the same sort of price as a hotel room with a rollaway bed - our family of two adults and one child were very comfortable here with the added advantages of two private bedrooms and a kitchenette. Obviously this is not a hotel so I needed to make a plan to get the keys - but this worked well even with me arriving a bit earlier than expected. Unfortunately the gate remote did not work so we ended up parking on the street. I am sure this would have been rectified by the letting service if we had called them - but we ran out of time. The furniture is nice - although the main room has a small double bed and the TV is small.
