The location of this property is unbeatable, from the front porch to the beach access sidewalk, it's only 25 steps. The bay views from the house are beautiful, neighborhood was safe and nice, lots of kids riding bikes around and the beach was well maintained and never crowded. The house had plenty of space for my family of 7, which included 5 kids ranging from 2-14. There was some beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys etc for use. Two full size refrigerators available. Kitchen was well equipped, more dishes and appliances than I could ever hope to use on vacation, there was also a cabinet with seasonings etc which was handy. The air conditioning worked great despite it being incredibly hot the days we were there. There were a few hiccups but overall we would definitely stay here again. One thing I would love to see added to this property would be CURTAINS, I love the daylight and the bay views but not in my room at 6am, only one of the 4 bedrooms had curtains. The dryer also needs to be replaced as it has rust inside. Everything besides the dryer was in great working order, you can tell that there have been some updates made to the house.
