Short walk to Kiptopeke State Park which offers a beach area, fishing pier, boat ramp, kayak rentals, playground and walking for the whole family. Home includes large covered deck, washer and dryer, microwave,stove, toaster oven and Refrigerator. Also Heat and air. One bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full size bed and 2 twin bunk beds. 2 cat napper electric reclining sofas. One electric recliner ( for renters with pets please add a cover on furniture for pets that shed).

Such a nice and comfortable place to stay! We're spent an amazing week in August 2025 at the house, there's everything you need. So close to Kiptopeke State Park or Cape Charles beaches. Lovely cozy cottage with ideal location near Kiptopeke State Park. This was our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves as much this year as last year! Very peaceful, clean, and convenient 15 minute drive to town of Cape Charles. Highly recommend!

This was a cute little cottage that was perfect for a family of 5 to stay in! Super close to the state park and about 15 minutes from downtown Cape Charles! When we arrived it was clean, furniture was nice, towels folded neatly and beds already made!

Easy access to Kiptopeke

We had a very nice stay. Peaceful but a little road noice if you sit on the deck. Very easy access to the boat ramp at Kiptopeke. So it’s an excellent place to stay if you’re going to fish the eastern shore.

September boating at Kiptopeake

We enjoy the area and boating in the bay and on the ocean side. The restaurants are good and we generally take a day down at Virginia Beach/Back Bay and a day up at Chincoteague/Assateague. They week we managed four solid days on the water.
