Appreciate that it’s a newer hotel. The staff wasn’t attentive at all. I went to the front desk multiple times and they didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. I went for an espresso in the morning, literally stood in front of the employee and it wasn’t until I walked away (about 4 minutes later) that she looked up. Only one of the employees was helpful. Truly not the Hyatt way.
