THE SUITE
This well-appointed, 1500 sq. ft. penthouse suite occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building, offering quiet privacy. This is the perfect place for families. You will enjoy unobstructed views of the entire Bow Valley (including the Three Sisters mountain range), with mountain views in every room of the house.

THE LOCATION
You are a 10-15 minute easy walking distance to all of Canmore’s major amenities and its downtown core – grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a world-class indoor recreation centre with swimming/steam room/hot tub/gym/rock climbing, galleries, boutiques, pharmacies, sports rental shops, a hospital, and much more.
You are also in walking distance to several walking, hiking, and biking trails (from beginner to advanced) which can take you throughout the valley. There are also several parks and playgrounds nearby.
There is also a TESLA SUPERCHARGER station in walking distance to our home. You can park at the station, begin charging, and walk back home and wait there until your charging is done!
Our home is in the heart of town just off a main road, making it easy to find and convenient for those with a vehicle. However, the unit is on the top floor of the building and set back from the street, giving you a feeling of quiet seclusion. Our home is also in a quiet, residential neighbourhood.
There is ample street parking on the street at the front of the building, or alternatively there are two tandem (one in front of the other) parking stalls to the rear of the building, directly in front of the MIDDLE garage.
You are also a 5-10 minute walk to the #3 and #5 Roam Transit bus which take you throughout Canmore and Banff.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you purchased Bear Spray, DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE UNIT. You will be charged $125 for us to dispose of it and you could be liable for improper use.
The thermostat must be left on. When heating the unit never above 24 degrees and never below 20 degrees when cooling it.
If you used the pullout couch, strip the sheets, before folding it back. Leave the sheets out for our cleaners to launder. Do not return the sheets to the bed bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
