The staff were wonderful. The room was terrible. The beds belong in the garbage they were so uncomfortable. The fridge froze everything. The breakfast was wonderful the staff that worked in kitchen were wonderful

This hotel has an excellent location. Just off the main strip so the noise doesn't bother you but so close (like 2 mins walk MAX) that it feels safe coming home anytime. Travelling alone as a woman this was super important. The room was clean and had a cute balcony that looked onto the street. There was someone at the desk 24 hours a day and it felt safe. The breakfast wasn't really my favourite but the service was nice. It definitely looks a bit older than in the pictures. The air conditioning worked really well. The fridge in the room was a really nice bonus and they stocked it with water, beer and juices all for free. It fit exactly what I needed which was somewhere comfortable to sleep for the night.

El staff super amable y la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El único detalle importante es que el aire acondicionado olía mal, tuvimos que apagarlo y dormir con ventilador, afortunadamente solo nos quedamos una noche, sin duda los quedaremos de nuevo, pero antes de aceptar la habitación revisaremos bien el a/c , ya que al aceptar la habitación no puedes pedir cambio.

Great place! I stayed here my first time to Isla and it was perfect! Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi(but stay on floor 1-2 for best signal), breakfast(eggs, fruit, toast, cereal) included from 8-11am, AC(if you want it), TV in room, safe, mini-fridge, balcony(not all rooms) and very friendly staff. I also liked that they provided a few waters daily for whatever you need, very nice touch. Just a few blocks away from the ferry terminal, minutes from Hildago street and a quick walk to north beach. Would definitely stay here again and will be coming back.

The location is good, one block from downtown, 5-6 minute walk to the beach. The beds are firm, the pool is cold but refreshing, staff are the best, breakfast is great, the wifi sucks unless you are on the main floor, we started out on the 3rd floor and then moved to the main floor because of this. Over all it’s not a 5 star but is a decent place for a fair price.

They did not have our reservation in there system when we arrived. They put us in a room with 1 tinny window and no light on the main floor, even though paid for top floor with balcony. The room was dirty, had not been dusted in at least 3 weeks. The cook was great for breakfast and staff friendly but coffee was horrible.

The light in the bathroom was so dim you could hardly see. The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor. Drapes in room were sagging. Maid didn’t clean very well. The bar was closed. Different breakfast than advertised. Area around pool needs to be cleaned. The whole place needs to be updated. Would not recommend
