Limited and packed parking outside of hotel. You may need to park in the adjacent shopping center where your vehicle is unsafe because this hotel doesn’t have good confrol of how many cars can park in their lot. Cleaning staff was being super loud by 7am and constantly interrupted our sleep with noise & throughout the night with no regard for guests arriving late and needing to sleep. No DT greeting upon arrival and overall don’t recommend.

I liked that I felt safe. It was uniquely placed in the back center of the Pruneyard Shopping Center which gave me great access to a variety of shopping experiences. There were some minor defects to my particular room, but I am very peculiar and notice all the small details. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and the gym and pool area are superb!

Cool gym room just missing one thing!

Great location and delicious cookies upon check-in. We often stay at this hotel whenever traveling through San Jose. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My only concern was that we had a room with a bunch of workout equipment in it, which was cool, but not cool that there were no sanitizing wipes like at the gym. Would love to see this addition in the future!
