Great room, staff and breakfast! Coffee beans need to improve as my latte tasted like brewed coffee. An observation and not a criticism - my room was cold but the bedding (Doona etc.) was superb! I did turn the temp up and move the mode to ‘heat’ but the system was determined to do its thing! I would gladly stay here again - the staff were especially terrific from the warm greeting last night, the welcome at breakfast this morning to being dropped off that the airport by a genuinely courteous gentleman - awesome!

Flew in from Sydney on the 29th of August, stayed two nights. Instantly made to feel welcome, staff don't just give basic service, they want to always go the extra mile to make your stay fantastic. Room was fabulous, bed was unreal it's softness had you fall asleep in no time. Breakfast service, fantastic, room service fantastic. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Hobart.
