Didn't use the shuttle. No facial tissue in room, the bathroom had a very strong odor of air freshener that is overwhelming for an asthmatic. Heater/air conditioner very loud. Noisy with doors slamming and loud footsteps. Room not updated. Had a terrible sleep, breakfast was not very good, had just basic stuff, I'm assuming because they want you to purchase a breakfast there. Wouldn't stay there again.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent booking experience. Due to severe weather conditions in the Great North, my colleague was unable to travel from her Indigenous fly-in community, which has limited transportation options—typically only one flight per day. When that flight is cancelled, there are no alternatives available. I had requested assistance with a last-minute cancellation under these exceptional circumstances. However, the response I received focused on an unrelated issue regarding the hotel, which my colleague never reached due to the flight cancellation. What I was seeking was some flexibility regarding the two-night stay. At the very least, I had hoped the second night could be waived, as it was still more than 24 hours away at the time of my request. Unfortunately, no accommodation was offered. This was my first time booking through Expedia, and based on this experience, I believe I would have been better served by booking directly with the hotel.
