Mooi en comfortabel appartement in rustige buurt
Het appartement had alles erop en eraan zoals de beschrijving en foto's die te zien zijn op de website van Expedia. De kamers waren netjes en voorzien van alle comfort nodig voor een weekje verblijf. Makkelijk was de slaapkamer met ensuite badkamer en dan nog een slaapkamer met aparte badkamer. De keuken was voorzien van de nodige toestellen, enkel voor de kookplaat had een handleiding nuttig geweest. Kleine tip voor de keuken: een moderner toestel om koffie te zetten zoals bvb een Nespresso of Senseo toestel.
Zeer groot voordeel aan dit appartement: gelegen in rustige buurt en een supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat, ook enkele goede restaurants in de buurt op wandelafstand. Om naar het centrum van Cambridge te gaan moet je wel een 30 minuten rekenen, maar je kan ook altijd vlakbij de bus nemen naar City Centre.
Nog één nadeel aan het appartement was voor ons dat er enkel overgordijnen waren aan de straatkant, geen lamellen of dunne gordijnen. Wij zaten op het gelijkvloers en moesten dus de hele dag onze gordijnen dicht houden, anders kon iedereen zomaar binnenkijken waardoor het wel vrij donker was overdag in het appartement.
