The Rigdon House is always clean, quiet and a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it a 4-star rating is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade.

The bed was very uncomfortable; the carpets could have been cleaned. The furniture makes squeaking noises when you sit down; very hard and uncomfortable. Directions for heating the room and information about the area were not available. This is my second stay at this hotel; I'm not sure why I came back.

This is a boutique hotel with a lot of charm. Our family suite was spacious and lovely; although, the carpet was a bit run down and the vents could use a cleaning. We opted not to turn on the air conditioner for the sake of spreading dust. However, we truly did enjoy our stay at Rigdon. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again. Thank you!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! If I could rate it at 10 stars, I would! We stayed there for two nights for our 15th wedding anniversary and had such an amazing time. I had told the manager that we were celebrating our anniversary and they offered us a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. They have a fantastic FREE happy hour in the evenings with some truly fantastic drinks (not watered down, pre mixed bottle kind, but the real deal with a different selection each night)! Our room was so spacious and lovely with a separate seating area. We also enjoyed the patio at night with the fire pit. The hotel was apparently built in the late 1800's, so it has this fantastic charm that you rarely see anymore. But it has be renovated and kept up, without losing that unique character. The location was also ideal as we could walk to everything. We will definitely be back! Already looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommend!

The staff is minimal and only on premises for a few hours of the day. You are given a key to the hostess room, where you can make your own coffee and select from a small variety of fruit and packaged snacks. The room was great. Two T.Vs.

Room was clean, big and facility well kept. There was some really strange noises our first night there and the bathroom shower drain took a little while to drain the water. Overall it was a decent stay.
