The downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two additional bedrooms. One King bed with built in window seats and one Queen bed with ocean view. Both rooms have sliders to the large balcony to view the ocean and yard. Attached two car garage with laundry area.
