The room and the linen was clean.
Microwave did not heat food in Room 14 even though it appeared to operate.
Location was good near East Shores.
Aircon working well during a heat wave.
No face to face contact.On arrival you ring a number and receive a code for a lock box holding room keys as well as WiFi code.
