This Western Home is tucked away in a newly built neighborhood as a 3 bed, 2 bath home where it is located near the freeway and major highway in Caldwell Idaho. The home was designed with a lot of passion, charm, and a love for the western vibe. It can sleep up to 10 and has a large couch for a few extra if needed. It's equipped with a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, and all kitchen amenities you may need. A BBQ grill, covered patio with a HOT TUB, fenced yard and no back yard neighbors for a peaceful stay! This home has a king bed, queen bed, 4 twin beds (bunk room) & a queen air mattress. It is also equipped with a crib and pack n' play with families in mind.

Great layout & cute deco
Not knowing if the grandkids would stay with us this was a perfect property for a great price for a short quick trip. We look for open living rooms in case we cook which this had. We opted not to cook here so can’t comment on the kitchen use but beds were nice and master bath was a decent size for a couple. The neighborhood looked like a safe area so we felt comfortable parking outside and the grass was kept nice in the yard! TVs in each room is always a necessity and this home provides that. Bryce let it be known if we needed anything to reach out but nothing was needed!

Fantastic rental - exceeded expectations
What a great place. New construction, comfortable, well appointed. A friend and I were traveling with our dogs and the fenced yard and large lot behind the house were perfect. Add in a quiet location and neighborhood and it exceeded expectations. Great communication with the hosts, wonderful experience.

Construction zone
I loved the house it was very nice. However there was construction going on in the backyard that we were not made aware of. After one car in our party arrived they pulled a truck with a huge trailer right in front of the house blocking that car in and leaving nowhere for the other cars to park. We booked last minute, (the day before) so I’m sure when they scheduled the construction there wasn’t supposed to be any guests, but they should have made the property unavailable or at least warned us of the work being done
