Great staff service. Can tell rooms have been cheaply refurbished with bathrooms still very dated and grubby walls.

Excellent stay. The staff could not do enough to make you comfortable. They Even show you to your room ( which I thought was a thing if the last) Also the standard late check out is a winner. Clean and comfortable room . I’m not qualified to speak on eco ratings. All up will go back for sure.

I really loved this hidden gem! Staff were fantastic, rooms were great, nothing huge but you had a balcony which is always a bonus and location was even better!

The room itself was ultra clean, loved the aircon, the bed including the quality of the mattress and bed linen was up there with the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. For the price , excellent value, I’d stay again without a doubt when visiting Byron Bay again.
