Staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping lady was a pure gem! Fantastic location making my visit to Boston so easy to navigate. Would have liked a mini fridge in the room as it was a long stay, but in winter time it really wasn’t a big issue. Would 100% stay here again :)

Well situated for tourism, lots of food options nearby. Has been renovated well. Beautiful old building and pleasant staff. Only negative is no cooking facilities and no guest laundry.

Check-in during this stay went smoothly, however we were disappointed when we arrived to find the toilet in our room was dirty.
