The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming..only eggs scrambled, I didn’t ask about vegan options but egg choices or vegan options were not offered, the basics were there but I felt that getting down to breakfast early was a better bet. I was upgraded to a spacious room on arrival on an upper floor with fabulous views. Very clean and quiet. Central location was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

The wine and cheese events on Tuesdays and Saturdays are a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, sufficient, nicely presented and fresh. Fresh individual coffees were appreciated.

Great stay. Hotel located within walking distance of Temple Meads station, local bus stops and Cabot Circus shopping centre. We were greeted warmly by staff at reception and had no issues checking in, or out. The room was fantastic. We stayed in a double double room on the top floor with views of Castle Park. Room was clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only small issue was how firm the mattress was, but once you'd got use to it. We both slept well. The pillows were fantastic, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We only stayed one night. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
