Husband and I have been scratching our heads trying to think of something they could have done better. We had a great time. Bed was fantastic - so comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was really good. Location was ideal for everything - everywhere we wanted to go was ten minutes or less walking away. Interacted with quite a few staff and they were always very pleasant and efficient. We didn't have much of a view but we had booked a basic room and had factored that in. 100% happy.

The Apex Motel was a perfect location for us while visiting Bath. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities like a refrigerator, a safe, hairdryer, etc. staff was friendly.

We had a superior room which was a good size comfortable bed very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Wardrobe a bit small, we had a recycle section in bin, which is great but would have been helpful to state what items were best for this section. Very enjoyable stay would happily use again.

The room was well-suited for a family of four, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we all loved the additional menu items (e.g., pancakes). The pool and saunas were nice; the dressing area was very well organized. The room cleaning service was in the afternoon (around 15:30), which seemed a bit late.

We were upgraded on arrival to a balcony room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. Staff were great, bar was nice and opens late. Spa facilities were a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel room was very spacious — plenty of room for three adults sharing a family room. Having both a bathtub and shower was a great bonus, as were the coffee and tea making facilities. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from shopping, sights and the train station. Breakfast was outstanding. With such a wide selection, you'd have to be very particular not to find something you enjoy! 😉 The pool is on the smaller side, but the timeslot booking system at the front desk works well as a solution. Front desk staff were pleasant when approached, though perhaps not the most proactive when it came to guest service. WiFi was adequate, and in-room cleaning left something to be desired — we noticed fingermarks on light switches and some dust in places. We would definately recommend this hotel to other travellers.
