The staff were lovely and the room was spotless The room was spacious with a lounge area so great for a longer stay. A short walk to the shopping area and the Abbey. I asked for directions at reception who gave me a street plan which i find easier. So I loved my stay and happy to return perhaps next time would get a taxi for the short walk from the car park as I didn’t know the area

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room was modern and cozy—not to mention the bathroom, which comes with both a bathtub and a shower. Although we didn’t try the amenities, they all looked amazing. The area is quiet yet convenient, with walking distance to the shopping district and major tourist spots. Would definitely book this hotel again if we visit Bath!

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and we all had a great sleep. I would say customer service could have been better when I ask for a late check out due to my daughter having an epileptic seizure in the morning, I was still ask to pay extra. The answer was very robotic with no empathy. But overall the hotel was very good and very good breakfast too.

There was thick, black mould in the silicon joints, which I've taken pictures of and then further inspecting room on top of the pictures and the skirting was thick, dust breakfast was slow.
