Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location about 15 minute walk from the Chain Bridge and the funicular up to Buda Castle. Room was huge with big double bed and sofa bed which the children slept on. Area was very quiet with a playground 2 mins away. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Tea and coffee facilitating the room and some bottles of water all included. We would highly recommend.

Good overall, good location and good breakfast. Only one little thing - hotel offers water but whenever we asked for some they didn't have that much at the reception. When we had a room service it was refilled, but we didn't need room service every day, only needed water really

Our room was big to hold 2 adults and 2 teens. Towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was good with good variations like scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, ham and cheese,types of bread, pancakes and donuts. The location is good but you need to walk to reach the centre about 20 mins.. overall it was very good..

Beutiful hotel

The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and vreakfast was great. No english tea closest you will get is Earl Grey. We picked this hotel as it had a bar that said was open from breakfast to 11pm. The bar never opened in the evening what was a disapointment . When we asked staff one told us it was a lack of staff and the other said it never opens after breakfast (thats not what the web site says) other than this the room was very clean, spacious and warm. Beds were perfact and so comfy best ive slept for a long time

Great hotel, clean and modern. We were surprised and disappointed the bar wasn't open, especially on the weekend, but we bought some wine locally and brought it back. Great location for getting around the city, close to bus stops and tram stops. Walkable to Budapest Castle.

Stayed in a room for 3 people (twin bed and sofa bed) Beds were really comfortable but we did have to ask for more pillows and the receptionist wasn’t best pleased with this request. The phone in the room didn’t work and was really dirty, so had to go to reception when we noticed the tv aerial wire was not attached to the box and just exposed wire. Silly things like cups for the ‘free tea’ only 2 cups yet the room was set up for 3 people so we had to ask for a third cup. Breakfast was ok but nothing to shout about. We stay again as good location.
