I had a great time. We travelled for my husband's birthday to Budapest and it was a lovely time. The staff were all round friendly and helpful. They made his birthday so special and gave us tips to make the trip enjoyable.

Nice hotel in a quiet area but within walkable distance to all the tourist spots. Room was of a nice size - carpet could do with a good clean (brown probably not a good choice!). However, sound proofing not fantastic - I could hear the neighbouring room and people coming back late at night talking in the corridors - not somewhere for sensitive sleepers

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking and the room was very warm. It was too noisy to keep the door open overnight.

The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again!

Very nice and modern hotel. Spa on covered rooftop, good enough. A bit isolated for restaurants. Helpful staff. Room and bathroom wide. Comfortable bed (better if one duvet instead of two single ones). Bathroom had the shower applyance broken. Super breakfast (pieced food was missed). What beats me is why such a nice hotel charges you for slippers and a robe to use their spa?

At the time of checking , man was not polite or helpful at all, not treated us with curtesy.
