Nice hotel we really enjoyed the stay. Good breakfast except hot items could have been hotter. Rooms good, shower is in the middle of the bath making showing a little more difficult. Fruit Tea and Coffee in room sadly cups and drinks not replenished during stay. Great location and quiet.

Great location and lovely rooms.

The location was excellent. Trams, buses and metros were one block down and free transportation on all of these if you’re over 65 Obviously a renovated hotel because everything looked new. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had a tub, nice size room. Breakfast was fabulous—they even had prosecco and Drambui if you wanted, as well as a variety of breads, pastries, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, meats, cheeses, and fruits. Juices and coffees also. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to St Stephan’s , Opera House and the big Mosque. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely hotel, clean and helpful staff. Only one down point was the breakfast (hot items) were cold, but there was plenty of cold fruit and other items available! Would stay again!

It was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options, from made‑to‑order eggs and fresh pastries to seasonal fruits and cereals, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, with shops, cafés, and public transit just steps away, and my room was well‑equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, ample storage, and thoughtful extras like a kettle and quality toiletries. The only downside was the bathroom’s condition: the shower handle was loose with exposed screws, and there were small patches of mold on the ceiling and shower wall, which could be easily remedied with a bit of maintenance and a deep clean.
