Our stay at Kozmo Hotels was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—from the warm, attentive staff to the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful details throughout the hotel. Matte went above and beyond, graciously offering us an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade, which we truly appreciated. This hotel is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!
