Pros: The main selling point of this hotel is the view and its location to Buda Castle and the metro. The breakfast and staff within the breakfast areas were fabulous. Cons: The hotel in itself is average and in need of some tlc. The furnishings look very cheap and 'ikea' ish. The bathroom in the superior room was tiny and the shower leaked into the bedroom wetting the carpet. Our room wasnt vacuumed for a few days - it really should be done everyday and our sink had no plug. The side tables were ridiculous logs that could only fit a phone and nothing else. Personally, this isnt a 4* hotel

Location excellent for those wishing to stay out of the main city but still very close to it - it is only 10 mins by public transport to main shopping area. Breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. Room decor good but in need of a coat of paint in some areas. Will definitely stay here again.

The Buda side as a whole closes at 10 PM, no dining options. Would probably stay on the Pest side next time. The old part of the hotel is many stairs and we had to switch rooms because of a mold smell. The hotel was within walking distance of castle hill and the rock hospital.

We loved our upgrade to river facing room. Hotel bar/bistro is perfect place for unwinding and quick bite. Excellent location with metro within 3mins walk which connects you to rest of Budapest.

The staff was amazing! I cannot remember the kind gentleman who held our luggage until check in and carried our bags up and told us you needed the room key for the electric to turn on but he was the kindest most helpful man!! They had fresh fruit in the lobby and our view was the most amazing view of my life!!!!

3 of shared a room, it was massive!! Fabulous location overlooking the Danube/Parliament on one side and Buda castle on the other. It’s a bit of a walk over to Pest side, although the metro is 2 minutes away. Very good breakfast, although the toaster was broken
surely this is not difficult to replace? Overall highly recommend!

Lovely location, close to everything you need including public transport. The restaurant inside was really good and breakfast was delicious. The rooms are spacious and amenities was provided. If you needed anything, the staff were there to assist. The only thing that could have been more useful, would have been a map and more information about the surrounding area. That wasn't given to us.

Nous sommes venus de Montréal Canada pour un séjour a Budapest. Nous avons réservé 2 mois d'avance. La chambre qu'on a reçu était dégueulasse! L'air climatisé était défectueux et l'eau coulait sur le tapis qui sentait terriblement la moisissure. Nous avons bien annoncé a la réception en espérant que va se régler. Mais au lieu de réparer ou nous offrir une autre chambre propre tout ce qu'ils ont fait c'était de mettre une serviette sur le tapis déjà mouillé et la laisser la. Suite a ça, l'odeur était encore plus insupportable et dégueulasse. Pour le prix qu'on a payé, nous sommes trÚs déçus car ça coutait trÚs cher pour une chambre pourite qui sentait terriblement la moisissure et était mal propre.
