I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was close to the metro and the amazing #2 tram stop, making it easy to get around. My room was comfortable, quiet and the house keeper did an amazing job keeping it spotlessly clean. I loved the little touches like a face cleaner cloth and also receiving 2 bottles of water each day. Being close to the big market was a bonus and there were plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast was overpriced for my budget. My only comment was no black coffee available in the room and even though I asked I was told no I had to purchase this.

Extremely Disappointed – Bedbugs and No Accountability I stayed at this hotel for three nights. While the first two nights were pleasant, the final night was nothing short of a nightmare. I was staying in Room 506 and, shortly after getting into bed, began experiencing intense itching. Within 10–15 minutes, I discovered multiple bites all over my body – clear signs of bedbugs. The situation was distressing and completely unacceptable. At 2am, I had to shower and call reception because I couldn’t bear the discomfort. The night staff member, Agnes, was helpful and moved me to a different room (Room 106), but the damage was already done – I was left physically uncomfortable, unable to sleep, and deeply unsettled. What’s even more frustrating is that despite raising a formal complaint and requesting a partial refund for the final night, the hotel has refused to offer any form of compensation. This lack of accountability is incredibly disappointing for a hospitality business. The presence of bedbugs is a serious health and hygiene issue, and the way the management has handled it has only added insult to injury. I would strongly caution others before booking a stay here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility.

Good for short stay

Hotel situated near centre, walk to Central Market in 5 minutes etc. Also near the river so its easy to go to cruises. The room is very small and not very comfortable. Pillows needs replacement. Bathroom is basic but ok. Breakfast is expensive at hotel, but many cafes nearby. We didn't eat at hotel at all.

Nice but could be better

Great location in the heart of the city. The hotel is very modern and stylish. The staff are helpful and the property is clean. Only downside is the rooms are very small compared to the UK. Our double room was more like a single. The breakfast was plentiful although a number of the warm items were cold.

Great location! Perfect for catching St Michael’s concert. A bunch of excellent pubs near by. Salt & Pepper for dinner one block over was excellent! Late night pizza few blocks away. You can do a lot staying here!!
