Towels and pillows were either stained or worn out. Sheets were grey. The room was clean but a little worn. We stayed on the second floor as I didn’t want outside doors. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night so I got little sleep after that. Went down from breakfast at 9:20 (breakfast ends at 9:30) and was told we had to take it to our room as they needed to clean up! We left without breakfast!! Won’t go back and we travel this area 4-5 times a year.

When we awoke in the morning, i went to turn up the covers and spotted a bug crawling on the sheet. I took a video, captured the critter in a water bottle and we notified the front desk clerk and gave him the water bottle containing the bug. Later that day my husband develoved a huge bite on his back, he is allergic to bed bugs and breaks out. We had to go to Walgreens to get medicine for him. We called the hotel back to let them know whats going on and demanded a refund. They refused, stating the have pest control on regular basis. I have pictures and video.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The lamp bases are rusted and the underside of the lampshade has dark brown spots. The hairdryer did not work. The plug end was broken. It advertised a breakfast buffet but it was cereal, individual wrapped Danish and juice. The coffee machine was not operating properly and you got black syrup. The night desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming but the morning desk clerk never looked up to acknowledge anyone.

Our truck was vandalized and the person at the service desk would not about the situation. The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. The room and the bathroom were both dirty with hair and som sort of yellow stuff on the wall. Nothing gelt clean in the room. No continental breakfast was provided aeven though their website says they offer it. I will most definitely never stay there again!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Garbage. Only reason I gave it a 3 is because the pool girl at the front desk was trying her best. She doesn't have much to work with.
