Great nights stay

Wonderful clean, spacious and comfortable room. The beds were great, the room was quiet. The only issue was that the room was a bit dark. The lights worked but could be brighter.

We killed a large cockroach a few minutes after settling in. It crawled into the bathroom. My husband killed it and took it down to check-in. They said it happens sometime because of palm trees. She said the small ones are more of a concern. WHAT? We are too tired to dress, pack up and look for another hotel. My husband is not feeling well from a cold. I'm 71 and was traveling with my 96 y/o mom. Room was very nice but after I unpacked us, we went into the bathroom and the wall mirror was blinking and didn't stop. Went to the front desk and reported and he moved us to the room next door. I had to repack and unpack in the new room with no help from the staff. I went to my car to finish bringing mom's luggage in and couldn't get in the back door. I tried every configuation of the card and a staff member saw me struggling an helped me. Maybe it was me, who knows. Black mold in the shower. Bedding was very comfortable. They did have plates but no cutlery. Two TV's 0 one in front of the bed and other was for streaming in the sitting area. Couldn't get it connected. Went back to the desk and they said it doesn't work. Mom was really looking for a good movie. Oh well. I think I should get a partial refund.

Great stop on your travels.

Excellent hotel. Free wifi and EV charging was a real bonus. Free breakfast was delicious. Room was very nice. Great bathroom although the lighted mirror was working in our room. Highly recommended.
