We got a noisy room behind the elevator and the ice machine. We asked to be moved but they told us that there was nothing else available. By the time we arrived to the lobby to cancel the room and get a refund, they had miraculously found another room.

Why is there a bottle of lotion hanging by the sink and not soap? Laundry facilities were great. After mopping the elevator floor was too wet; easy for falls to occur.
