Brand New two bedroom apartment located right on downtown Brunswick at Noble street, 1 minute walk away from Maine street and Bowdoin College. Cross the street to the "Noble Bar" for a glass of wine at night and walk down on the street to the big lawn in the afternoon. Get relaxed and tender, this is how a good vacation should be.

Kitchen has beautiful quartz counter top and hug island, pull out the TV and turn 90 degree, you can watch tv while having dinner. This is the equality life you want.you can walk to the restaurants/bars, downtown and walk to the Bowdoin College. You will be in the heart of what Brunswick offers.

This two bedroom is completely renovated inside out in the summer of 2020, we updated all the windows allowing sunlight coming in from all the angles to create a sunny and warm feeling. Kitchen has Quartz counter top, full back splash, brand new appliances, 4 seat-island, everything is just like the pictures. We choose double vanity in the spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer included.

My favorite room is open concept of the kitchen and living room, the pull out full motion mounted TV can be turned to an angle so that you can also watch TV while dining with family and friends. We went all in in the renovation and decoration, hope this is your home in brunswick.

This property is newly renovated and is in a great location--right across from the Brunswick Hotel and next to campus. Parking is easy (in the driveway) and the apartment is really spacious!

The positives are that the property was clean and nicely updated. The big drawback of the property is that the lower level unit that we rented, the sound from footsteps from the upstairs unit was incredibly loud. You can hear every footstep from the upstairs unit and the night we were there, the footsteps went on until 1:45 a.m. and then started up again at 6 so I slept about 2 and a half hours total. We ended up leaving the second night and going to a hotel because of the noise. I would not recommend renting the lower level if anyone is staying upstairs. I cannot attest to how noise travels from the downstairs unit to the upstairs unit.

Perfect Brunswick spot

The apartment was perfect for our friends trip to Brunswick. Basically on Bowdoin campus, walkable to the train station, stores, and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, with everything we needed.

Favorite place to stay in Brunswick

We’ve stayed in this lovely unit multiple times, and it has ruined me for staying any place else in the area! This is the perfect location if you are visiting Brunswick, central to the college and downtown with everything you need within walking distance. The unit is lovely - open and spacious with two large bedrooms, full kitchen and bath with washer and dryer and a comfy sitting area. The beds are very comfortable and there is easy parking right next to the unit. The owner is super responsive and helpful and we honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. We look forward to future stays here and can’t wait to come back!

Loved it!!!

Clean, bright, beautiful. We stayed three weeks. I wish we had planned to stay six. Just the right amount of room for us plus occasional drop in overnight guests. Air conditioning wonderful, laundry facilities perfect, well-equipped kitchen, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. We were able to enjoy EVERYTHING that Brunswick and Bowdoin offered.

Property is comfortable, with a great location near downtown & Bowdoin. After our stay, the owner notified me that he was replacing furniture and charging it to me, sending a receipt and photo of a broken stool. The stool was not in that condition when we left, and within 2 days of receiving the notice, the owner reimbursed the extra charge. While I appreciate the communication and resolution after being charged, a 5 star review would have included communication before using my credit card.

Great property close to everything

This unit was a perfect place to stay - a beautiful kitchen, a spacious open plan living room and two comfortable bedrooms made us feel like we were living in luxury. It is right off the main street and is an easy walk away from restaurants, Hannaford's, coffee, ice cream and the college. Oh and there is a full size washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. We will be back, for sure! Thank you to the owner for a lovely stay.

Comfortable, classy, convenient!

We had a great time staying here. It is located even closer to town, Bowdoin, and shops than we realized, and it was a perfect spot for our family to spend some time enjoying Brunswick and a lot of mid-coast ME. The rooms were comfortable, it had all thing basics you'd need, and the hosts were super responsive. Parking was a little confusing with the upstairs unit, but it worked out well and there was also ample street parking. We had such a great time that we hope to stay again!
