High ceilings and abundant natural light flow throughout the home, giving it a bright, airy feel that’s perfect for relaxed coastal living.

The ground floor offers three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two single beds—along with a family bathroom and a dedicated kids’ living area, making it ideal for families and multi-generational stays. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys its own ensuite, while the spacious open-plan living, dining, and modern kitchen area opens onto a large balcony with BBQ, inviting you to unwind, dine outdoors, and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with an electric cooktop, under-bench oven, dishwasher, and microwave, making self-catering easy and enjoyable throughout your stay.

Perfect location in Point Lookout…. Easy walking distance to everything. House has a great layout, and kitchen well equipped for a good cook up. The yard is fully fenced. Decent laundry. Very comfortable stay for a multi generational family!

Dog friendly beach getaway

Was a nice getaway with our dogs, close to all point look out shops and beaches. Check in and check out was made very easy and the ladies at Ray white were lovely. Only downfall was the cleanliness of the property. Really needs attention to detail. Cobwebs and dead flys/bugs on ceiling windows were an eyesore.

We’ll be back!

We’ve had an amazing time. The house is very clean (smells lovely), has high ceilings, stunning timber flooring upstairs, great quality appliances, comfortable beds, a play area for the kids and a safe fenced area for our two small. We are looking forward to returning very soon.
