This guesthouse is equipped with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full/twin bunk as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Ample parking for all your toys with a large circle drive. Small boat launch on site. 4 Kayaks included during your stay (2 kid, 1 adult, 1 double) Less than 3 miles to public boat ramp, Walmart, baitshop, etc. Lake level fluctuates. Please check current level if that is important to you. *The oven is currently not working. The part was ordered 2 months ago. The gas burners do work.*

Perfect, Cozy Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed for a weekend stay in Breckenridge! We played ALL the games, loved the movie selection & the house itself was the perfect coziness. Communication with owner was excellent - very prompt if we needed anything! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Breckenridge!

5 star bass fishing house.
This house was perfect for us. We had a bass fishing weekend tournament. Very short access to boat ramps and town. Extremely clean and neat little house. Highly recommend to everyone especially fisherman! 5starstay !

We enjoyed our stay here at this cute 1 bedroom/bath house. It worked perfectly for what we needed. My son wanted to take pictures of the night sky. It was nice and quiet and close to the water. It was also close to town, which had a Wal mart. We would stay here again
