Pixie Croft is a good quality, spacious dormer bungalow offering fantastic views over Braunton burrows and the far reaching dunes. All three bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the ground floor with large kitchen/dining area with sliding doors leading into the enclosed garden. Upstairs is a large open plan living area which provides a lovely relaxing space to either enjoy reading a book or cosying up on the large comfy sofas to watch a film. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the shops and amenities of Braunton, including butchers, green grocers, post office, library, hairdressers and much more. A 10 minute drive in the other direction will bring you to Saunton Sands famous for its vast sandy beach and excellent surfing! why not grab yourself a couple of lessons from the local surf school. Dog walkers will also be delighted with the near by coastal/beach walks or why not travel a little further to Exmoor where you can enjoy the picturesque landscape and rolling countryside of our famous National Park.
