Our room was dirty and it smelled musty, there was an old hot tub that didn’t work. When I booked it , it never said anything about a hot tub in the room. We checked out 20 minutes after we got there and they didn’t even ask why we were checking out, so I think they knew why or didn’t care.

Very pleasant staff, conveniently located (easily driveable to a variety of sites and activities -- also walkable to a few restaurants but the road is not really intended for walking), an older room, but clean and simple; no frills, no problems. An older property that is well maintained and has been upgraded. The owner and her adult grandson were knowledgeable of the area and were helpful in what to do and where to eat.
