The room was clean. Trying to find electric sockets behind the head of bed was difficult but doable, barely. Sometimes the toilet required a few attempts for complete emptying. Beds were clean and comfortable. No breakfast was served, as such, but there were a few munchies. I believe this motel had just been puchased, and there were signs of ongoing renovations that probably will result in much higher ratings in a month.

This is a very tired motel. The sign says grand opening, but apparently their grand opening is sometime in the future! Tattered carpets, old drapery, no landscaping to speak of, the lounge area was filled with boxes. The check-in area needed a massive update. Breakfast seemed to have been an afterthought. I have to say that the bed was clean and very comfortable. That being said, unless major renovation is done we wouldn’t consider staying there again.

The bed was hard to sleep on, the outdoor pool was filled with dirt, the indoor pool/spa/massage area is dilapidated, and the continental breakfast offered the bare minimum. When using the shower, switching from tub to shower was a task in itself while the water pressure was weak

There is no breakfast. This hotel is still set up for homeless people after covid and everything was broken. Lights didn't work, the bed was awful and I was seriously worried about the tools in my locked truck. People had disposable grills set up outside their doors and it was just bad.

For the price this was a nice place to stay passing through Brattleboro. Everything was fine until an employee, without knocking, just unlocked our door and walked in at 10:40am and said “Check out”. Someone could have been dressing. We felt very rushed even though checkout was 11am. It took a lot of restraint to not verbally lay into the guy. Just make sure your extra locks are secured.

My husband and I came here for a weekend away. I hadn’t been back in the area and I guess they changed management because it was beautiful back in the day. We had to leave early due to an emergency for our son, we never spent a night there but when I asked if we could be refunded for our second night (I completely understand the first night as we had made it unusable for another guest) the front desk agent told me he would ask his manager and let me know the next day. It’s been 4 days and I’ve received no communication , so I guess I’ll be paying for time not spent there and hospital bills as well.

Neither pool were open. All doors were locked up and a note dated 6/16/26 that they were closed for repair. We looked in and there was about a foot of water missing in the pool and the water was so green I’m sure frogs were living in it. The room- totally dated and GROSS!!! Smelled awful. Rugs were ripped up, what looked to be someone’s “coughed up” mess was on the wall. The shampoo etc was not filled thankfully we bring our own ALWAYS!!!! 1 bed was super hard and the sheet didn’t fit, the other was ok but sheet was so wrinkled. AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT?????? HA!!! Continental breakfast that you had to drive up to the front desk area for !!!!! Cheap yeah, no bugs but do your research. Lots of stray cats that are actually being feed there. The bowls are out in the grass. Amenities can’t be used, and the news reports! They actually had the door still police taped and barricaded up from a previous brutal attack on a female visitor by the hopefully now previous owner!!!!! Drug bust in Nov! We couldn’t cancel so we had to make do with it. We didn’t really encounter any issues but the second night we came back and the parking lot was so full we had to park along the grass about 75 feet from our room. We should have been able to park in front of our room door as we were told we could!!!!
