The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. Fresh towels in the bathroom. However, the fabric chair in my room was so stained, I didn’t want to touch it. The chair was blue and the ottoman was a red velvet. I was disappointed in the decor for such a nice room. People put trash outside there doors and housekeeping didn’t pickup until the next day.

Nice place to stay.

Check in was not good. We got there at 4 PM check in time, but we had to wait at least 30 minutes before we got a room. After check in ,things were good. Room was nice and morning breakfast was good.

Branson getaway

7 day 6 night stay. Location was great for everything we did. We had two queen beds. Mattress were terrible on both beds they need replaced they sagged in the middle. Pillow were so thick they were uncomfortable. We could not get the heat to kick on every time we adjusted the thermostat higher the AC kicked in we finally gave up and just turned th3 AC off.

Staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The front desk personnel during check-in was great, very friendly and gave me all the info about the property and amenities. There was no sale pressure during the 3 night stay. I will definitely stay again and will ask for the same room I had if available 😁
