The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. There was no where to lay the luggage except on the floor. The breakfast was disappointing- just add water kind of food. There was no outlets for devices to be plugged in. Our room had a kitchen, but no silverware, pots or anything to cook with, no dishrags. Very sparse for a kitchen.

Traveled to Branson for a softball tournament during Branson’s off-season. This hotel stay was a steal. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the excursion that we did have time for. Looking forward to planning a trip, not involving Softball.

We had 1 towel in our bathroom & it took 2 phone calls & about 5 hours to get more towels. There was 1 silver-dollar size bar of soap in the bathroom. There was no hot water to bathe on Saturday nor Sunday. The website stated rooms had a microwave. There was a microwave by the ice machine. The staff member at check-in was unpleasant & answered questions rudely.
