As it was our first stay, we found we really enjoyed your central location. Facility was clean, quiet and, while some necessary maintenance issues/upgrades were taking place, we concluded we'd certainly entertain returning in the future. It is a bit difficult to assess staff as except for checking in and one interaction at the breakfast buffet, we had NO INTERACTION in our 5 day period. The only negative we would note was the breakfast buffet. Honestly, we've had better at much smaller chains; we expected more at a more upscale facility such as yours. (Note: except for 1st day, we actually ate out for breakfast for the rest of the week). To all reading this review, the 1000 Hills Resort is well worthy of your consideration.

Great Stay in Branson!

Great stay at Thousand Hills~~ Suite was spacious and pool was super clean and open until MIDNIGHT!!! Good complimentary breakfast and the Wall of Honor for Servicemen in the same hallway was remarkable!!! Will stay again.

We were on the 6th floor corner view. The room had a broken window, no vent in the bathroom, the thermostat didn’t work, the hotel itself needed a lot of updates.

Our room was a bit dated. Ceiling fan didn’t work, ceiling tile wasn’t sealed, cheap toilet paper for a suite and the thermostat was set to 65 degrees with no way to adjust it besides turning it off so you were either too hot or freezing. No safe for valuables. The room was cheap enough but it definitely reflected the pricing. The breakfast was the same every day which wasn’t great. I am a tipper but felt forced to tip with not so great service they were more concerned with visiting with each other than taking care of the people. It had a balcony but was useless as there was no seating. If you want a cheap place it fits the bill!

I was charged a fee for "incidentals". There were none in the room. Why did I have an additional fee. It was only $10, but it's the principle of having pay more. Only one small circular piece of soap was available for the wash basin and shower. I've had stays at Best Westerns, EconoLodge, etc. in Branson with better service.

We had a great stay, unfortunately the Bar was not open our entire stay but Ashley did amazing running the restaurant bar on Friday! There were so many kids in the hot tub all weekend we couldn’t get in but the staff was so friendly!

It was clean enough but certainly not clean. I reserved a Presidential Suite on the 9th floor. The 1st room we and staff could not get the door to open. Switched to another on the same floor. It appeared that there were issues with that door as well. There were pry marks on the door and frame. I found out why later. Daily my keys would stop working. I am an experienced traveler and work in the hotel industry. I know what not to do with a card key. Si the pry marks were from other guests getting tired of going to frint desk constantly to get new keys. I made a habit if just getting new keys when I returned to save myself additional trips to the front desk. The suite was as advertised a spacious nearly 900SF. It had a decent size kitchen as well, unfortunately a kitchen with not a single dish or utensil is worthless. The microwave and fridge were literally circa 1980's. ( I googled them to see if they had collectors value, they did not. Tatung was the brand of the microwave.) Basically simple description of the room is it was probably very nice in the 80's when it and the furnishings were built. I would have expected something better especially in their Presidential Suite.
