The rooms were average. A bit worn and outdated but I’ve stayed in outdated hotels before that were nice so that’s not the problem. I think my peeve was that it didn’t seem super clean. There was someone else’s hair in the shower, the fan in the bathroom visibly had dust bunny build up. We were there for 3 nights and on day two we asked for a refresh of our room with more towels and linens. We have little kids so there were crumbs and things on the floor and the sheets really needed changing… the floor was still covered in crumbs, the beds were made but with the dirty sheets and crumbs in them..but we did get fresh towels so that’s a win. We only did breakfast the first day bc the line was so long for the buffet, the workers weren’t very friendly but also there was a gazillion people so I don’t really blame them, and the food was not worth the wait. The eggs were watery scrambled eggs and bland. The gravy was bland. There were also tater tots and sausage links. It wasn’t a bad stay and if there weren’t so many options in Branson, I’d stay again. Oh P.S. when you checkout or even if you checkout through text message but bring by the “keycards in order to avoid additional charges”, be prepared to be met with a deal you can’t pass up that will definitely defeat the purpose of conveniently checking out through your phone…it gets super salesy super quick.
