Looks nice from the outside, lobby appeared clean. Room was a suite on the ninth floor. Very outdated, appeared clean but you wouldn’t know it from the first glance. No housekeeping, our trash would have been overflowing if we hadn’t taken care of it ourselves. Stained ceiling in the bathroom, stained shower floor. We did t try the jetted tub. A/C did not work, set at 68 and held at a steady 76. Balcony was solid but in need of refinishing and paint. Old furniture that appeared clean. Bed and televisions (with extensive channels) seem to be the only updates. Desperately in need of an interior overhaul.

The Hotel was clean with very friendly staff. I was not a fan of a shared Microwave in the hallway. Parking was the worst that I have experienced. Being older, having to park in the rear of the facility and having to walk up steps for the lack of parking in the front was not ideal. The stay was good. The food was great. Thanks!

Overall we loved our stay at Thousand Hills. The only thing they could improve on was the breakfast buffet. It was the same everyday and was powdered eggs, hard overcooked biscuits and fruit cocktail instead of real fruit. They did have sausage and bacon that was very greasy. Also offered oatmeal and grits. We never dined there for any other meals as the restaurant was always empty which wasn’t a good sign. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel’s location was very convenient to venues and attractions nearby.

World class staff. We felt very welcome. The property is very nice. Room was very clean and crisp. Water pressure on 5th floor was very good. Resort is close to shopping and some theaters. Restaurant located in hotel serves excellent food and prices are same or better than most of the local area establishments. If you indulge in spirits, the bar is well stocked and roomy. This was my second time staying at Thousand Hills Resort. We will stay there again.

Check in was quick. The only problem is we requested our room to be cleaned saturday night for sunday morning and they never cleaned it. We went and told the front desk and the only thing they could try to give you was show tickets when you came back but you had to do a time share to get the tickets due to our age so we had to turn it down.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The amenities were nice. I did like how close it was to the strip. No draft beer in the bar. Jets in the hot tub were broken. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced. The breakfast was not good. I took a couple bites and stopped. Went to the café across the street. They had good coffee.
